Whoever wins it, wherever the borders runs, north or south of it, The Kunama people should be recognized as the absolute owners of their communal land. The court had also found out that Kunama have always been good hospitable hosts and therefore we order all those who want them to be good Eritreans or good Ethiopians and share them their land should first themselves behave as good guests do. Both Eritrean and Ethiopian Abyssinians should understand this fact. We have decided also to take the verdict farther; all local communities in Eritrea, Ethiopia and all over Africa are the absolute masters on their ancestral land.
