Awate.com has received information that hundreds of young Eritreans are fleeing to The Sudan; four of those Eritreans fled to Sudan on 8 August have contacted awate.com.  The young Eritreans identify themselves as coming from the Asmara neighborhoods of Setanta Otto, Tera Emni and Akhria and ask Awate.com to withhold the names of all but one for fear of government reprisals against their family.  The exception is a young man named Samuel Abraha who �doesn�t care because his father is dead and his mother lives in Saudi Arabia.�   

Over the last two weeks, different sources have reported the names of scores of Eritreans who have fled to neighboring Ethiopia or Sudan.
