Excerpt from draft of testimony given to Amnesty International by Mr. Mohammed Musa Ibrahim, an Eritrean with British citizenship: "I was the only one to be released from that prison and I would say I was in a better position than others. The rest of the prisoners I have met were under detention without any investigation being undertaken for long periods of time, some of them for more than 4 years." |
