خدمة الحقيقة منوطة بالأنبياء والقديسين والغيورية عليها وهي مهمة صعبة ونسبية فكيف تكون وسيلة إعلامية يمتلكها طاغية أن تكون خادمة للحقيقة ؟ بالضرورة هي حقيقة ان الاستبداد حقيقي في هذا الوطن المجروح لدرجة أن الدكتاتور يعلى من نفسه خادماً للحقيقة وهي توضح طبيعة الحالة التي يتعاطى بها بعض مجاذيب أفورقي فيحملون كل الفساد العاملين معه وينزهونه لدرجة تحويله إلى قديس أو نبي يخدم الحقيقة |

In Eri-TV’s language, it is called “Visit of the President to Development Project.” The locals, however, refer to the President as “Dubale” and the TV report of his visits as “Qya Dubale”. |

We do not see this libel lawsuit as just between a supporter of the regime and Awate. It is between the regime with all it represents in terms of injustice and a degraded culture of lies, defamation, misinformation and dishonesty on one side and a dedicated opposition that struggles to expose it and lies the foundation for the role of a free media in Eritrea in the future. |
