When the time for change comes, the hardest part is not to remove an oppressive regime, for everything comes to pass in due time. Undoing the moral, social, cultural, economic and political damage incurred by a dictatorial regime is the hardest. The legacy of dictator lingers long after the demise of a tyrant. |
