Any authority of one person or of a group that brings to our people humiliation, disunity, poverty, displacement, suffering, death and exile is evil. Most of us now agree that there is evil in today�s Eritrea. The point is how to get rid of it.... And whether we liked it or not violence will become a priority choice when all other means and ways fail to change an intolerable situation. That is why we say we are at the brink of a worse disaster. That is why we call for national salvation before we are engulfed by a national catastrophe."
